Anchana the Dancer
Where We Met:
Anchana my dear, where shall I find
A love so true as ours, unbroken
For in you dearest, is love defined!
Though these words, are merely a token
When first we met, disheartened was I
Battered and sore, utterly defeated
At the sight of you though, my spirits rose high!
Earnestly, you spoke words that entreated
Said you, "Here let me give you a glass"
Arm outstretched, offering a chilled mug
Thought I, truly a woman of unbridled class!
As you bestowed upon me, "a great big hug"
Now in places deep, and caverns cold
As I quest and fight and search
Know that it is for you that I seek gold!
Married we shall be, once I can afford the Church!
