What do you mean "using the same account" and starting a new game? The only way to completely start over is by wiping your phone/ipod completely and then reinstalling which isn't suggested.

I thought that the save file was linked to your aeria games account. So is there a way to delete the save file from your aeria games account and start new?

Nope I just confirmed it with the GM's, sorry to say. I believe they were thinking of implementing a possible process in the future, but for now there is none.
