My problem with Ignite is that when I try to login, the popup window where I have to enter my data, it's a white window. The same happens when ask me to validate my account to play Scarlet Blade, so I can't play it.

This is happening for two days. Weeks I'm using ignite with no problem and now this issue...I can not understand. I also tried to uninstall, shutdown computer, reinstall, reset computer, uninstall games*Can someone help me with this?
