I was leveling to go to ToF at level 60 and when i hit 60 i didnt get a backpack quest then i leveled again and still no quest i need the SP and all realllly badly any help ?

The quest auto pop (as a scroll) on the right side of your screen as you level. If you did not accept it and scrolled out or relogged, etc, you will need to level again to receive it.

Make certain the second you level, you check the scrolls on the right side of your screen, often times, they will pop up under your inventory if you have it open on that side.
