If this is the 1st time you Buy AP's and spend it than Yes, you should receive the Welcome Package on the next 24 Hours after you spend the AP's!

Now everytime i start a.v.a i get a error

When the unnecessary program is running during the game play, the error occurs. Please, turn off third party programs and restart the game.

how to solve this??

i have NOTHING running , only firefox and windows.

• Disable Firewall
  
• Restarting the rooter
  

By the way if you use anything related with Logitech LogiCool/Setpoint Software make sure you disable it / remove everything related with it, since this can get you banned.

Also, go here and make sure you have XIGNCODE.USA Folder and don't have GameGuard folder, if you have GameGuard folder just delete it:

I have a program running for a other game , if i close and restart my pc than a.v.a works for me.
Pretty useless that patcher , better catch the real hacks instead of clean normal programs.
