Hello.
First of all I have to apologize in case this issue has been addressed before. I looked around the forums and found nothing, so if it was then it's my bad.
Second, the issue itself. I hadn't logged into Grand Fantasia or Aeria Games itself since maybe last summer. I came to log in today and found that I forgot my info so I reset my password. The new password allows me to log into the site (obviously, as you can see!), but I can't log in to Grand Fantasia itself; it tells me that the username and password are incorrect.
Anybody know what this is about or how I can fix it?
