I know, sometimes I have the same problem,
Try to avoid 8 vs 8 rooms,
5 vs 5 is mostly enough,
put graphics on low, shadows out
Maybe that will help you.

WiFi has nothing to do with screenlag.
Anyway, you could indeed try to update your video card drivers. You can do that by pressing start, type: Device manager or something like that, then go to the tab Display adapters, ricktclick your videocard and click "Update Driver Software"

Ingame things you could change:
- lower your resolution
- turn bloom off
- turn shadow/animation off
- put graphics on HIGH, since I noticed the options are reversed. "High" gives low graphics, "Low" graphics give the highest
Also, while you're playing, turn off as many other running processes as possible. They can take up your ram.
