Loot Box not working.

My Loot Box for Shaiya does not work. The box appears, but there is no button to click to redeem it. I have un-installed and re-installed it , but still the same problem. Open a new account and it works, but with my other account there is nothing. Hope somebody can help me.

That's interesting.

Can you get me a screen shot of what it looks like on your main?

Also you may want to try this:

1) Close Ignite
2) Go to the add/remove programs
3) remove Akamai Netsession Interface
4) Go to C:\ProgramData\Aeria Games\Ignite and delete "Data"
5) Relaunch Ignite

See if that clears it up
