I had set the resolution of the game to the highest one and now I can't
play. A black screen on my monitor just says "out of range". I tried to fix
it by using the out-of-game settings, but that's where my problem comes in.
I don't know to find it. Not on the Ignite nor the game launcher. I also undownloaded and redownloaded the game. Didn't work

There is no way to change all of your game settings out of game currently. Try and change your resolution settings using this guide:
