Can't challenge

Can't challenge friends or anyone.
I try to challenge others. I click on their name, but the challenge icon is black. Sorry if it was written anywhere, i couldn't find the answer. Please help, thanks.

EDIT: Problem solved.

o.o You have to um, go into game house and click their names in there or just out on in the lobby. It won't work if you're in a chamber or looking in league.

o.o What lvl are you? Challenge won't open till you lvl to a certain lvl.
