It's honestly pretty pathetic that we even need to ask this. This should be done EVERY maint. even if they just go a payout, or restart servers, etc. Oh wait, that implies that the GMs actually do their job. People can harp all the want about how "they do stuff we don't know about" or "Aeria just won't let them" or "it's koei's fault" but when it comes down to it, not doing patch notes is just **** lazy. Plain and simple.
