Just wanted to thank AGE SO MUCH. I love how you guys have destroyed Shaiya. Many issues and concerns go unanswered now. My ticket that should only take 10 days, is now on day 21. WHAT AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even recently, you take a GM from Shaiya and put him on another game, when Shaiya has about 4 GMs. I really hope people stop buying AP due to your great customer service. Once shaiya finally ends, I will NEVER recommend ANY AGE game.

Pity. I actually used to think Aeria was a decent company once.

They won't pay out for more staff. That's one of the problems.
I was thinking of trying Scarlet Blade, but a friend recommended the new FF game coming out soon.
Only way I'd choose SB over FF is if you get your act together Aeria Games. I mean you had dynasty warriors online, one of my favorite platform and PC games, and you let that go to **** too.

AGE is not only letting shaiya die , TS2 is dieing also & quickly. We have not heard from a GM or PM in weeks.

I really dont understand why they let shaiya go to waste like this when it still brings a lot lot money to age.
Don't be so cheap AGE, hire staff or you wont have any customers left to serve
