Failed To Connect To Log In Server

this is the error i get
I havnt played in like 2 years, why cant i connect to the log in server, i dont even care about my old characters, but i do want to log in. i dont want to make a new account and look like i joined today -w-

have you been playing two years and do not know that today's maintenance?

1) Player stated in original post they haven't played in 2 years.
2) Maintenance is usually on Tuesdays at 5pm PST. Only recently have the times been a bit mixed up.
