Yes, also some are forget to go left from right. Some are just quickly solving the equation without actually putting thought into it and remember what their professors have told them about PEMDAS.

This is basic math. First we have to get rid of the brackets, then multiply and finally divide. :/

You don't get rid of brackets. That is the problem.

6/2(1+2)=

1+2= 3

6/2(3)=

3(3)=9

It's more funny how people insult those who answered 9, they think multiplication comes first before division just because M came first before D in PEMDAS. I've seen this issue many times on facebook.
