I Used to play on Katar. I haven't logged on for a good few months. I decided to loggon today to find out about the new server merges. The problem is I can't find any of my characters. I had 4 characters inclucing a lvl 110+ RK... What should I do to get my characters back?

ok I just remembered something , this was not the same account that had the characters, the account is frozen blade for some reason i cannot access it, it says Access denied
You are not authorized to access this page. when I try to open my account profile. and it says access denied when i try to access it with what I remember to be the e-mail.
