I've had this issue for a few months now where every time someone posts a comment in shoutbox it continues to repeat itself until someone types something else. Consequently, that person's message is spammed again etc.
I tried looking for any threads about this and found one old one that wasn't fully answered. I've tried using several browsers and still haven't seen a change.
Anyone know how to fix this?

I have the same problem when at work, I think it is something bound to the use of a proxy.
