So it has been over three years since the banning of my account. Ever since
then, once and a while, I have been keeping track of the development of the
game.I love what you have done with it! I would be honored if I could get
my account back and be a part of your dedicated community. I can assure you
that my past is nothing like my future and whatever I did will not happen
again. I hope I can get my account back. I have the registered email to the account but I forgot the account name.. Heres the other thing... the account is somehow banned... so i cant send in a request to the old email. If a GM could just send the account name to the registered email. Im sure I can get my account back and be part of this community once again

After three years, your account is likely long gone.

Best to make a new toon with all the new stuff anyways So come on in and play!

I would really like help.. if a GM could just tell me the account associated with *removed*... im sure i can get my **** back.. just when I try to recover the account, i need account name and email to just send in the ticket....

Aeria suspended accounts to protect them, many players had to reset their passwords and I guess that is at least one answer for you.
I am surprised that there is nothing the staff can do since owner of account knows almost all the details.
