Happened to me as well, although in my case it was a little white lie to smooth out any remaining ire I might have over an issue that was resolved to my satisfaction once the customer relations team got involved. While I don't like dishonesty, I could live with that one. Big, black lies on the other hand...

Well problem is that everyone is doing bad/good and wr are different games
Having a vote for each game would be better.

4/5, the one thing bad is that some games havnt been updated for a while or hackers take to long to deal with on certain games :\

Soldier Front - 3/5 (Hackers arn't dealt with as fast as wed like) But very good events

EVERY Game at this point that has something to do with Aeria needs help. Tbh if the GM team from Eden Eternal did so well with just that, they should be dividing it up a bit. Using they're resources. People have been complaining about certain games that are in the TOILET.
