Account suspended

How do a send a billing ticket?
On the AP section the message "NOTE: Your account has been suspended. Please contact us at HERE for more details." appears.

Since I haven't made a purchase for aeria points before how can I send a ticket to aeria regarding my issues?
(I've also checked my emails and haven't received any relating to my inactivity.)

Help is appreciated

Send in a Billing Ticket and they will help you lift the suspension. If you haven't made any purchase, put "N/A" under "Transaction/Order Number" and remember to explain that in the message. Good luck~
