I sent in a ticket for one of my characters with extremely weird alt codes in its name. Was wondering if Tickets are even reviewed or responded to anymore? If not can a GM please help me, My character name from ijji was Ðé for alt codes and was replaced with.. some weird characters was also told that alt character names were not allowed and we were supose to get a name change, well i'm tired of waiting for the ticket, and also tired of seeing the character name, i don't wanna try to re level another toon to 60+ seeing as the community is not that big as it used to be so it would prove too difficult. Can a GM please help me or give me a name change? Would be very appreciated.

Sorry to hear that your ticket is taking a while, but I assure you all tickets do get reviewed and responded to accordingly. Please allow up to 48 hours for your next response.

The same thing happened to me, but I really don't want to change my name, so I also sent in a ticket.

let us know cuz i was always wondering if GMs will give you a name change if u send in a ticket for an account that has alt codes since IJJi.

I did this when Aeria made the announcement of banning characters with alt codes, brackets, and underscores and I was able to get my name changed. So please send a ticket ;o

Just to update:
Sent a ticket in for a name change.
After asking for some information to verify me, they ended up manually changing the name.
So, anybody who has some alt-coded, bracketed, etc name from the ijji transfer, send in a ticket requesting to name change.
Worked for me.
