oh my god guys i got an insane problem
i buy an AP and when i try to buy a item like black armor or somthing else its says error there

So does your Aeria account show where the AP amount should be (is there an Error there)? If so please send in a billing ticket via this link.
Please make sure to include the error itself, and or any details regarding the error so that the billing team may assist you further. Also please wait for a response within usually about 48 hours, sometimes more, sometimes less. If there is no response by then please forward the RT number to a GS from your respective game.
