I want to be known. If you quit my Guild and I lose guild skills?

Yes if you quit your guild you lose your guild skills until you join another guild. If their tower isn't as high as your skill level, you'll get the highest they can offer (IE: Your Power guild skill is level 6, they have level 5 tower and power skill unlocked, your power skill will be level 5 until they open up level 6) Hope this helps

No, as GodofAcid said, you WILL NOT lose your hard-earned money/skills! When you leave a guild, you lose your guild skills UNTIL you join another guild. However--using GodAcid's perfect example--you had LEVEL 6 Skills and your new guild only has a LEVEL 5 Tower, you will only have the Level 5 Skills UNTIL your new guild upgrades the Skill Tower to Level 6. So you DO NOT lose any money/skills by leaving a guild and joining a new one. Hope this helps!
