Staff want to bother reading the section for free offers?

Can someone bother to read my problem on a free offer not going through properly?
Just saying...

Aeria basically threw out my account worth about $200 so maybe a tiny bit of assistance would be appreciated? (No, not for hacking, because my password was lost when my computer crashed for a few months, and they basically said nope when I asked for help)
Shouldn't happen in the first place and I shouldn't have to make a thread here to direct help elsewhere.
