Is there a reason why all the enemies I run across except the ones I'm suppose to persuade to my side all show up as a black silhouette?

what game is this for?

Pirate maidens and as of last night I have now lost my whole accnt and the game tells me I'm having to start over with a new name.

And before you ask yes I have opened a ticket . Just hoping for help on this end maybe faster who knows. Iv alrdy spent money on the game and i'm disappointed at the lack of imagery and now this.
