What % increased hit chance we need to reach 100% hit chance

Perhaps that's the wrong question, maybe it should be what's the base hit chance for hitting monsters of an equal level, and how much accuracy/ increased hit chance we need to hit 100% chance to hit monsters.

I don't know the base eva of monsters, but I do know the acc you need to never miss hitting the same level monster is 100.00. If you hover over the acc description, it says about hit rate of same level monster is your rate.

I don't think that's right e.g. if a thief gets 100% eva and is attacked by a hunter with 100% acc then not always a hit.
