For UoF = Araky Woods Poisonfrog near the Watchtower
For AoL = I'm unsure, but considering that for UoF the mobs are lvl 22 that dorp the item, I'd try for mobs near Haldeck Farm for soul crystal since mobs on both sides of same lvl will drop said items.
