I need HELP, I B newb

1. I don't know how to Become a Healer 2.I'm on the Beginner's card quest but can't go to blue bay.
1. the only paths on Siwa Island are Hunter and Fighter paths I wanna become a Healer
2. I accepted and completed the LV05 Beginner's Card quest, it tells me to go to blue bay and to report to captain Landitt but it says that he is not on the scene.
HELP

1. Scroll down the window, you'll see Mage and Priest as options.

2. Landitt is positioned at the bridge at Siwa Island, at x= 223, y= 349.
