Account not swaping websites properly?

Account problem
I used to have an account with IJJI for AvA before the companies merged. So I switched my account over with the option on IJJI.com and was ready to play. I went to play AvA and noticed my account was new I lost all my weapons and progress. What should I do?

(if this is in the wrong part of the forums sorry, I didnt know where to post this to.
