yuyu, It can take up to 48 hours for a GM to respond to a ticket. Also keep in mind depending on the game, the ticket backlog could cause an additional day or two wait. I'd advise to contact a GS or Forum Mod to forward your ticket.

Btw, how do I contact a GS or Forum Mod ?

Forum mods wonder around all over forums. As far as a GS contact one from your respective game that you mainly play.
