Please see this post regarding the compensation pack.

Regarding the event, there will be other events released for the holidays, please be patient and watch out for the relevant posts in forum closer to the time.

true but, without going into details, the non-spend events alone are enough to get the biggest reward being offered by the series of Xmas events.

To me it seems like the Xmas box is more like a nominal token of appreciation to those who chose to spend in a given way. The rewards are not so substantial to give balens spenders any more of an advantage than spending balens already does.

Ok since the last on was basically IGNORED.

We know weekly Maint was on Wed before we got 1.45 patch that gave us Guild Wars.
However this would have been something the "test" phase of new content would have brought up.

Wed maint has the potential of interfering with Guild Wars.
As such is effecting A LARGE PORTION OF YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS.
Might want to start thinking about moving it to say Tues or Thurs.
To avoid Annoying them to the point they stop giving you money.
Cause we miss more Guild wars then we play on wed.

So whats more important to you.

The GMs have stated that the time of maintenance is decided based on when both Aeria and the devs have a mutual overlap in their schedules for the maintenance to happen. Due to the time difference and previous commitments there is no other time that maintenance can happen.

In the event that Guild War is affected by the maintenance there are rules in place to govern who wins the war. All players will be equally affected so no one is more disadvantaged than anyone else.

In any event, to date every Guild War has happened and have been unaffected by maintenance. So, to say that we miss more Guild wars than we play is not true as Aeria and the devs have worked hard to ensure that there is the least amount of disturbance to players. If you have not attended Guild Wars on the assumption that it will not happen, that is hardly Aeria's fault.

If you had not noticed, maintenance is up and server is open today too, so this is yet another Wednesday where Guild War will happen.
