Some people don't know how or think you have to use a shield all the way through. I've done it a couple times without the shield, but to be on the safe side I use it when I know the reflect is coming.

I'm sure Bodor pros can do this with their eyes closed, no shield, one hand, eating a sammich. But yezzir, this is how I do eet. Enjoy.
