AP issue!!

I pay twice for my AP and I still haven't receive my AP!!!

Just in case you did not see my reply in shoutbox when you brought it up in there.

If it is passed the normal processing time (15-30 mins), then I would recommend sending a Ticket to billing.

Billing Ticket

Fill it out to the best you can explaining your situation. In spots in the ticket you don't have information on just put "N/A"
