how do i set the mark for my clan? Also my clan is recluting

i dont kn how to set a clan mark for my clan help

Back in ijji, you had to "win" the clan mark in order to have it...they aren't doing that at Aeria now, but they might soon. Anyway, my old clan, "TECH" has one and so does my new clan, "Ocean."
