Stars are karma and yes the more you have the more impressive you are. Then you can gloat to your fellow neets about how you have more stars than them =D In order to get stars all you have to do is get people to go on your profile and rate you using stars. I reccomend the good old "5 Stars if -insert something stupid you would hear on youtube-"
