Hey guys i bought 1200 AP Yesterday was my first time doing this and i still spended ~1000 points in Last CHaos. i spended first time 3.12.2012 15 O´clock gmt +1 european time and now its 4.12.2012 20:31 gmt+1 and here in forum is written that it need maximum a day until recieving the items

i sent RT and said i wait a day, but they said up to 2 weeks

That's pretty funny..try quoting that in a ticket and they still blow ya off and tell you to write back after it's been at least two weeks.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I bought AP before this promotion and this means that if I want to be treated fair and equal, I have to make a second account which follows to two options:
- leaving my toon and starting everything from the beginning,
- having two accounts and sending the gift to the first account, and later being banned because this is against the rules.

Why are players being punished for loyalty to Aeria longer than 2 years?

You can't gift these items anyway, since they're now sent directly to your Gifts tab in the first place so they can only be used on that specific account.

Not sure why anything about how this game is developed or how this game is managed would lead you to believe anything is "fair and equal" about it. They don't care about customer opinions or concerns. Instead, we're just called terrorists when we state our opinions. All they care about is how much money they can get out of us before their license agreement ends. Customer relations are obviously not a concern here.
