this is not true I am a def with over 1300 Dex I also use consentration lvl5 buff and concentration noss and i still miss alot of players. So dont remove Concentration noss

Needless to say, 1-15 has come a long way from what it was 3 years ago. Be thankful for what you have peeps.

Players have restricted noss to what it is now, way i see it, their zone, their rules, up to the pvpers how they chose to pvp, It is a power Aeria will never have.

I do know the zone. I have 3 characters in 1-15 on OS and 2 on Phoenix. I may not play every single day of the week, but I do hop in there often enough to know what goes on.

Nos is part of the game, Aeria needs the income they get from it. I use cons nos but still need dex to hit, it is not 100% it just helps. Perhaps you should rethink your dex build like archers/hunters had to rethink their LUC builds due to evolution of the game.

NO true 500 dex def almost never miss with con nos on ranger with 1k dex
