It has been previously stated that with Advanced Re-form system items can degrade, this is NOT correct. I and others have been wrong when we stated that.

Advanced Re-form can NOT give you seals lower than the base seals on that equipment. They can ONLY end up lower if you have previously used the Advanced Re-form system.

Middle Re-form CAN give you a worse set of seals.

Showing the result is one thing, but what players really want to know, what has it cost and how many tries. How often it failed. Cause that what you posted is blurred, like most things in this blurred game.

Better said is that each attempt of using advanced re-form gives a random set of stats that are always better that the base, original one. You will get higher or lower stats, depending of your luck, but not lower than the original basic stats given when the item was accuired in game.  

Warning to any that try ...Mid grade reform "2" tries both degrades. Take Mid grade reform and shove it.

Yes, Middle Grade Re-Form sucks, changed the blue Evasion seals on some Rogue Boots I had to HP seals, makes these things too risky to even try, not sure what effect they have on ToF Accs though.
