Why does TS2 has no loot box ?

Someone said <Loot box every 2 hours>. I am still waiting it...

It says Log Out and make your bank empty then go back to the loot box to refresh it.

Where is the refresh button?

I believe it meant to re open the loot box after you've cleared your bank and that should "refresh" it showing up full. To be safe you can always restart Ignite, as there is currently no "refresh" feature
