I think I can help.

1. First you have to turn off your firewall.
2. then you have to open ava and watch all the intros.
and then I got in XD

that is how it worked for me.

What's your antivirus ?

Have you deactivate your antivirus and retry after ?

My antivirus is Microsoft Security Essentials.
and yes, i already did that at the same time when i deactivate Firewall..
