Hello well I havent played ever since Ijji owned the game and I didnt know it converted to aeria games i guess.. I have no clue how to get back on my account, someone help. ))

Aeria manages the ijji transfer site now, and has access to all those accounts.

If you need help recovering it please send a ticket to http://www.aeriagames.com/contact/recover and please be as detailed as possible including as much information surrounding your account and proof of your ownership to it as possible.

With that said, good luck getting your account recovered

It should take no longer than 48 hours (excluding sundays, and maybe mondays) if it hasn't been answered in 48 hours find a GS in one of the many forum subsections and they will flag the ticket for immediate review

Hello Johnny, sometimes they take a little longer than 48 hours. However, since you have already waited that length of time you can now go seek out a GS. You can find them in the various sections and they will have a green tag in the shoutbox. If you find one kindly ask them to pass a ticket up for you and copy/paste your ticket number for them.
