Help - No ap after i bought

Help
Ok ... I bought 30$ of ap. Under my transactions it says it was successful. When i look under ap transactions. It says have 3k ap. But when i go to anything else it says Error. And i know what most of you are going to say. "You have to wait 10-25 minutes." I've waited about an hour now. But i got an email saying "Notification of purchase suspension." Does that mean im not going to receive the ap?
