*IMPORTANT*
If you are using a laptop, you will need to use your function keye (FN) to access your print scrn key. (FN+PRINT SCRN)
your key can be in different places depending on the laptop make and model.

after that you can send the image URL or paste it in a thread.

This process should take no more than a minute

I was hoping you'd stick this somewhere in your tech faq.

I've always used print screen but I used to use a combination of Gadwin + Dropbox.
Gadwin would capture the screen OR window(and date it) and place the file in Dropbox's folder. Dropbox would upload it to it's site and I could copy a direct link to it from the site. That's my imagehost.

Some people have also used gyazo but the ads got annoying if they didn't open the link and copy the image's direct link.

Some users play the game with laptops which have a function key typically located on the bottom left hand side of the keyboard next to the left-side control key between control and windows.

In order for laptop users to screenshot their desktop, they must hold the Function key (FN) and then press the print screen button on their laptop, and then proceed to copy / paste into Paint, and save the file, and then upload it to the appropriate website.

You may want to include that in your guide.
