Got a problem! with onebil ! (Buying aeriapoints mobile)

!! i didnt get the money omg !!
Today i wanted to add some AP to my account...

so i wanted to charge to mobile. i did everything that had to be done but when i was at the last screen ( on the last screen u must send an sms to onebip to add money to ur account ).
so ive done that and the screen just stayed the same for a half hour. ive given the correct phone number. i dont understand whats the problem...

i send the text to the right number and with the right text in it
i lost money from my phone.

What now!?!

If you didn't receive an Transaction # in your History Log on Aeria, the problem is most likely with OneBip, you should try to contact their customer service first, they're usually quite quick in replying~

If you did receive a Transaction #, or if the issue isn't with OneBip, send in a Billing Ticket explaining your issue and they will help you. Billing tickets can take up to 5 business days to be answered, so please be patient.
