Just opened up shaiya to login as normal, and when joining PHOENIX on this account, i was at the faction selection screen?? no characters... just like starting a brand new account... so i checked Teos, and Lialah, and i was at the faction selection screen there too?? Did my account get reset or something? And why is this happening? on this account on PHOENIX, i had 2 lv1's, a ranger and mage, then about a lv17 or so fighter whoms name started with: Maniac

Well have you tried to send in a ticket to the aeriagames support?
Maybe they can help you.

Pretty hard for me to help you cause it's such a unusual problem.
They support is the best people to ask about this problems.

That happened to my brother today
He returned from work
Logged on and log screen said Invalid ID. And Password.
He sent ticket
He's not happy QQ
Grinding put on hold QQ
Anyone else ever had that happen?

i stopped playing for about 3 years and when i got back on all my data was gone. all i had was the stuff i had in my warehouse. i was mad....i am still mad...... sent a ticket and now i am waiting for the reply.... i'm trying to start from scratch but am really missing all my Characters and everything.. if GM sees this, please look more in to it. i beg you... lol this game is now the only thing i have to look forward to when i get off of work. i quit smoking and this is not helping the stress.
