I play an Ex-Assassin, and frankly, if they removed Burn Out, it would make Ex-Assassin pretty pointless compared to normal Assassin (too much detail to explain here), ideally it should be made into a self buff, but then again, I also think Haste and Haste2 should be made into a self-buff too. If Burn Out could be a single-target skill that worked only on party members, that would be great, because buffing a whole party when the skill only adds Attack for physical classes is kinda pointless.
The Burn Out skill takes 1% off HP per tick, in areas outside Randol, that adds up pretty quickly, and unfortunately, some people choose to use the skill to cause grief to others. I hear people complaining about high levels in low level dungeons, umm, how else are they supposed to get the Affinity? The Sin Killer Title for one is very useful, and frankly, at high levels, there's nothing much to do except one-hit PvP and Affinity farming.
Sat back and eagerly awaiting whatever disaster the Dev's come up with as a "solution" for this problem.
