Fighter skill guide

Episode 6 update
As with the other guides I've posted, this guide heavily borrows from the existing guide by Althamus, but as he no longer plays I'm updating it for episode 6.

Again, any omissions or mistakes, please let me know.

Passive

Interpretation
If you're PvPing in D-water or 20-30, or have friends in these areas max it. Otherwise skip. Its useless otherwise, and practically useless at L1.
Lv1 - Allows the player to understand about 30% of what an opponent says. (available at lvl 13) costs 1 skill point
Lv2 - Allows the player to understand about 60% of what an opponent says. (available at lvl 22) costs 2 skill points
Lv3 - Allows the player to understand 100% of what an opponent says. (available at lvl 51) costs 2 skill points



Spear Mastery
If you use spears as your weapon of choice, max. Spears become radically better at L50+ when you can get a third level of mastery, making them only 1 attack speed slower than 2H weapons.
Lv1 - Increases the player's attacking speed by one level when a Spear is equipped. (available at lvl 14) costs 3 skill points
Lv2 - Increases the player's attacking speed by one level when a Spear is equipped. (available at lvl 35) costs 5 skill points
Lv3 - Increases the player's attacking speed by one level when a Spear is equipped. (available at lvl 50) costs 7 skill points



Sharp Weapon Mastery
If you use Sharp Weapons, max, but I can't see why you would.
Lv1 - Increases the player's attacking speed by one level when a One-handed Sword or One-handed Axe is equipped. (available at lvl 14) costs 3 skill points
Lv2 - Increases the player's attacking speed by one level when a One-handed Sword or One-handed Axe is equipped. (available at lvl 35) costs 5 skill points



Heavy Weapon Mastery
If you use a 1H weapon and a shield, you should probably be using a heavy weapon for the extra damage. This'll probably be the weapon of choice for PvPers because of the extra lapis slots available.
Lv1 - Passive ability that increases the player's attacking speed by one level when a One-handed or Two-handed Heavy Weapon is equipped. (available at lvl 14) costs 3 skill points

Lv5 - Raises the player's attack power by 48 when a Spear is equipped. (available at lvl 49) costs 4 skill points
Lv6 - Raises the player's attack power by 80 when a Spear is equipped. (available at lvl 60) costs 4 skill points

Sharp Weapon Power Up
If you use Sharp Weapons, max, but I can't see why you would. This is currently incorrectly called Sharp Weapon Mastery.
Lv1 - Raises the player's attack power by 5 when a One-handed Sword or One-handed Axe is equipped. (available at lvl 5) costs 2 skill points
Lv2 - Raises the player's attack power by 12 when a One-handed Sword or One-handed Axe is equipped. (available at lvl 16) costs 2 skill points
Lv3 - Raises the player's attack power by 20 when a One-handed Sword or One-handed Axe is equipped. (available at lvl 27) costs 3 skill points
Lv4 - Raises the player's attack power by 34 when a One-handed Sword or One-handed Axe is equipped. (available at lvl 38 ) costs 3 skill points
Lv5 - Raises the player's attack power by 48 when a One-handed Sword or One-handed Axe is equipped. (available at lvl 49) costs 4 skill points
Lv6 - Raises the player's attack power by 65 when a One-handed Sword or One-handed Axe is equipped. (available at lvl 60) costs 4 skill points
Lv7 - Raises the player's attack power by 83 when a One-handed Sword or One-handed Axe is equipped. (available at lvl 71) costs 4 skill points



Tranquility
I would max this skill in all modes. Without it you take much longer to regenerate your HP, and there's no point in wasting time, and a slow regen is annoying, very annoying. This skill got a major boost in EP5, now you can regenerate a massive percentage of your pools quickly. Even 30% is awesome.
Lv1 - Regenerates HP,MP, and SP by 10% each for 3 seconds while sitting. Also increases bless healing slightly. (available at lvl 6) costs 1 skill point
Lv2 - Regenerates HP,MP, and SP by 15% each for 3 seconds while sitting. Also increases bless healing slightly. (available at lvl 18 ) costs 1 skill point
Lv3 - Regenerates HP,MP, and SP by 20% each for 3 seconds while sitting. Also increases bless healing slightly. (available at lvl 30) costs 1 skill point
Lv4 - Regenerates HP,MP, and SP by 25% each for 3 seconds while sitting. Also increases bless healing slightly. (available at lvl 42) costs 1 skill point
Lv5 - Regenerates HP,MP, and SP by 30% each for 3 seconds while sitting. Also increases bless healing slightly. (available at lvl 54) costs 1 skill point
Lv6 - Regenerates HP,MP, and SP by 35% each for 3 seconds while sitting. Also increases bless healing slightly. (available at lvl 66) costs 1 skill point



Vitality STR Training
The skill description says it adds HP based on your TOTAL str (implying lapis too), but it's actually only based on your BASE str. If you are a full str build you can get 3200 HP from this skill, which is worthwhile.
Lv1 - Increases HP by 2 times your total str (available at lvl 71) costs 1 skill point
Lv2 - Increases HP by 3 times your total str (available at lvl 76) costs 2 skill points
Lv3 - Increases HP by 4 times your total str (available at lvl 79) costs 2 skill points

Basic

Town Portal
A free skill that lets you move to the nearest town faster than /town. Why wouldn't you get it?
Lv1 - Transports to the nearest town after 10 seconds. You can use it when stuck in the map or too far from town. (available at lvl 1) costs 0 skill points
Lv2 - Transports to the nearest town after 9 seconds. You can use it when stuck in the map or too far from town. (available at lvl 20) costs 0 skill points
Lv3 - Transports to the nearest town after 8 seconds. You can use it when stuck in the map or too far from town. (available at lvl 40) costs 0 skill points
Lv4 - Transports to the nearest town after 7 seconds. You can use it when stuck in the map or too far from town. (available at lvl 60) costs 0 skill points



Charge
This skill is a must for PvP, and with the stun time on it, its very useful for PvE as well. At least lvl 1 is a must, but if you have enough points, level it up to get the improved stun and reduced cooldown.
Lv1 - Basic Fighter and Warrior skill that always deals 15 damage and pauses the target for 2 seconds by dashing at an enemy as far away as 19 meters, unusable in the dungeons. (available at lvl 1) costs 1 skill point
Lv2 - Basic Fighter and Warrior skill that always deals 30 damage and pauses the target for 2 seconds by dashing at an enemy as far away as 20 meters, unusable in the dungeons. (available at lvl 12) costs 2 skill points
Lv3 - Basic Fighter and Warrior skill that always deals 50 damage and pauses the target for 3 seconds by dashing at an enemy as far away as 22 meters, unusable in the dungeons. (available at lvl 24) costs 2 skill points
Lv4 - Basic Fighter and Warrior skill that always deals 75 damage and pauses the target for 3 seconds by dashing at an enemy as far away as 22 meters, unusable in the dungeons. (available at lvl 36) costs 2 skill points

Barbed Strike
Some people like this skill, others hate it. It deals a tiny bit more damage than rising uppercut, but probably not enough to warrent taking it.
Lv1 - Deals basic damage +50. (available at lvl 3) costs 2 skill points
Lv2 - Deals basic damage +166. (available at lvl 15) costs 2 skill points
Lv3 - Deals basic damage +298. (available at lvl 27) costs 3 skill points
Lv4 - Deals basic damage +505. (available at lvl 39) costs 3 skill points
Lv5 - Deals basic damage +714. (available at lvl 51) costs 4 skill points
Lv6 - Deals basic damage +952. (available at lvl 63) costs 4 skill points
Lv7 - Deals basic damage +1190. (available at lvl 75) costs 5 skill points



Concentration
Max. More accuracy is never a bad.
Lv1 - Buff that increases the player's physical attack success rate by 6% for 5 minutes. (available at lvl 3) costs 1 skill point
Lv2 - Buff that increases the player's physical attack success rate by 10% for 7.5 minutes. (available at lvl 18 ) costs 1 skill point
Lv3 - Buff that increases the player's physical attack success rate by 14% for 10 minutes. (available at lvl 33) costs 2 skill points
Lv4 - Buff that increases the player's physical attack success rate by 18% for 12.5 minutes. (available at lvl 48 ) costs 2 skill points
Lv5 - Buff that increases the player's physical attack success rate by 22% for 15 minutes. (available at lvl 63) costs 2 skill points



Compression
Improved for Ep 5 with greater damage, it's now not a bad skill for damage dealing. Higher mode/better armoured toons should still be able to deal more damage with a single hit though.
It is however very good for PvP to prevent stealth, although bear in mind Tearing Slash is a very similar skill for that role, which deals a lot more total damage.
Lv1 - Wounds target for 50 points every 3 seconds for 18 seconds. Total damage 300. A successful attack will aggravate the target. (available at lvl 9) costs 2 skill points
Lv2 - Wounds target for 88 points every 3 seconds for 18 seconds. Total damage 528. A successful attack will aggravate the target. (available at lvl 19) costs 2 skill points
Lv3 - Wounds target for 145 points every 3 seconds for 18 seconds. Total damage 870. A successful attack will aggravate the target. (available at lvl 29) costs 2 skill points
Lv4 - Wounds target for 214 points every 3 seconds for 18 seconds. Total damage 1284. A successful attack will aggravate the target. (available at lvl 39) costs 3 skill points
Lv5 - Wounds target for 285 points every 3 seconds for 18 seconds. Total damage 1710. A successful attack will aggravate the target. (available at lvl 49) costs 3 skill points
Lv6 - Wounds target for 356 points every 3 seconds for 18 seconds. Total damage 2136. A successful attack will aggravate the target. (available at lvl 59) costs 3 skill points
Lv7 - Wounds target for 492 points every 3 seconds for 18 seconds. Total damage 2952. A successful attack will aggravate the target. (available at lvl 69) costs 4 skill points
Lv8 - Wounds target for 628 points every 3 seconds for 18 seconds. Total damage 3768. A successful attack will aggravate the target. (available at lvl 79) costs 4 skill points



Crush
Max it. More criticals ftw.
Lv1 - Buff that increases the player's critical hit rate by 6% for 5 minutes. (available at lvl 4) costs 1 skill point
Lv2 - Buff that increases the player's critical hit rate by 9% for 7.5 minutes. (available at lvl 20) costs 2 skill points
Lv3 - Buff that increases the player's critical hit rate by 12% for 10 minutes. (available at lvl 36) costs 2 skill points
Lv4 - Buff that increases the player's critical hit rate by 15% for 12.5 minutes. (available at lvl 52) costs 2 skill points
Lv5 - Buff that increases the player's critical hit rate by 18% for 15 minutes. (available at lvl 68 ) costs 2 skill points

Combat

Rising Uppercut
This got a major buff in Ep 5, and is now the spammable 1v1 skill you need to be using whenever you want to take down single targets. NOTE: It also deals additional damage over your normal attack (the picture is incorrect).
Lv1 - Deals basic damage +9 and decreases defense power by 9 for 21 seconds (available at lvl 2) costs 1 skill point
Lv2 - Deals basic damage +48 and decreases defense power by 26 for 21 seconds (available at lvl 10) costs 2 skill points
Lv3 - Deals basic damage +196 and decreases defense power by 40 for 21 seconds (available at lvl 18 ) costs 2 skill points
Lv4 - Deals basic damage +311 and decreases defense power by 58 for 21 seconds (available at lvl 26) costs 2 skill points
Lv5 - Deals basic damage +408 and decreases defense power by 72 for 21 seconds (available at lvl 34) costs 3 skill points
Lv6 - Deals basic damage +512 and decreases defense power by 95 for 21 seconds (available at lvl 42) costs 3 skill points
Lv7 - Deals basic damage +619 and decreases defense power by 110 for 21 seconds (available at lvl 50) costs 3 skill points
Lv8 - Deals basic damage +723 and decreases defense power by 127 for 21 seconds (available at lvl 58 ) costs 4 skill points

Energy Conversion
Some people like to take this to show people that they are UM - but I've got better uses for my skill points. One piece of armour with a bit of SP on it is enough for your needs without taking this as well.
I've never taken this skill and I find that I run out of MP long before I run out of SP.
Lv1 - Increases SP by 500 for 30 minutes. (available at lvl 11) costs 3 skill points
Lv2 - Increases SP by 600 for 30 minutes. (available at lvl 21) costs 3 skill points
Lv3 - Increases SP by 700 for 30 minutes. (available at lvl 31) costs 4 skill points
Lv4 - Increases SP by 800 for 30 minutes. (available at lvl 41) costs 4 skill points
Lv5 - Increases SP by 900 for 30 minutes. (available at lvl 51) costs 4 skill points
Lv6 - Increases SP by 1000 for 30 minutes. (available at lvl 61) costs 5 skill points
Lv7 - Increases SP by 1100 for 30 minutes. (available at lvl 71) costs 5 skill points



Deadly Strike
Again, I cannot see a reason why you would not max this skill. Its your best skill for targetting single mobs, and recharges quickly.
Lv1 - Deals twice basic damage. (available at lvl 13) costs 3 skill points
Lv2 - Deals twice basic damage +110. (available at lvl 26) costs 3 skill points
Lv3 - Deals twice basic damage +275. (available at lvl 39) costs 4 skill points
Lv4 - Deals twice basic damage +624. (available at lvl 52) costs 5 skill points
Lv5 - Deals twice basic damage +952. (available at lvl 65) costs 6 skill points
Lv6 - Deals twice basic damage +x. (available at lvl 78 ) costs 7 skill points



Flesh Ripper
Deals a DoT which hits for about 6350 total damage at higher lvl. Not bad in PvP if you can hit a ranger before he wants to stealth away, and for most people, a bit better than Rising Uppercut at damage dealing (although has a 12 sec DoT so obviously not at it's best when spammed).
Lv1 - Deals basic damage +107, plus an additional 205 damage every 3 seconds for 12 seconds. Total DoT damage 820. (available at lvl 15) costs 3 skill points
Lv2 - Deals basic damage +282, plus an additional 451 damage every 3 seconds for 12 seconds. Total DoT damage 1804. (available at lvl 28 ) costs 3 skill points
Lv3 - Deals basic damage +517, plus an additional 689 damage every 3 seconds for 12 seconds. Total DoT damage 2756. (available at lvl 41) costs 3 skill points
Lv4 - Deals basic damage +724, plus an additional 1024 damage every 3 seconds for 12 seconds. Total DoT damage 4096. (available at lvl 54) costs 4 skill points
Lv5 - Deals basic damage +901, plus an additional 1305 damage every 3 seconds for 12 seconds. Total DoT damage 5220. (available at lvl 67) costs 4 skill points
Lv6 - Deals basic damage +1078, plus an additional 1305 damage every 3 seconds for 12 seconds. Total DoT damage 6352. (available at lvl 80) costs 4 skill points



Ground Shock
This is one of the big 5 AoE skills. If you are intending to solo AoE, this should be one of the first two skills you use for it (due to it reducing damage you take). IMHO, everyone should max it.
Lv1 - Deals basic damage to all enemies within 3 meters of the player and decreases their attacking speed by 1 level for 6 seconds. (available at lvl 4) costs 2 skill points
Lv2 - Deals basic damage to all enemies within 4 meters of the player and decreases their attacking speed by 2 levels for 9 seconds. (available at lvl 19) costs 2 skill points
Lv3 - Deals basic damage to all enemies within 5 meters of the player and decreases their attacking speed by 3 levels for 12 seconds. (available at lvl 34) costs 3 skill points
Lv4 - Deals basic damage to all enemies within 5 meters of the player and decreases their attacking speed by 4 levels for 15 seconds. (available at lvl 49) costs 3 skill points
Lv5 - Deals basic damage to all enemies within 5 meters of the player and decreases their attacking speed by 5 levels for 18 seconds. (available at lvl 63) costs 4 skill points
Lv6 - Deals basic damage to all enemies within 5 meters of the player and decreases their attacking speed by 6 levels for 21 seconds. (available at lvl 78 ) costs 4 skill points



Dervish Spin
If your weapons allow you to use this, I can see no reason whatsoever why every fighter should not max it. It is another of the big 5 AoE skills, and should be used 3rd.
Lv1 - Deals basic damage to all enemies within 3 meters of the target. Cannot be used with blunt weapons. (available at lvl 8 ) costs 2 skill points
Lv2 - Deals 2x basic damage to all enemies within 3 meters of the target. Cannot be used with blunt weapons. (available at lvl 19) costs 3 skill points
Lv3 - Deals 2x basic damage to all enemies within 5 meters of the target. Cannot be used with blunt weapons. (available at lvl 30) costs 4 skill points
Lv4 - Deals 2x basic damage +50 to all enemies within 5 meters of the target. Cannot be used with blunt weapons. (available at lvl 41) costs 4 skill points
Lv5 - Deals 2x basic damage +72 to all enemies within 5 meters of the target. Cannot be used with blunt weapons. (available at lvl 52) costs 5 skill points
Lv6 - Deals 2x basic damage +95 to all enemies within 5 meters of the target. Cannot be used with blunt weapons. (available at lvl 63) costs 5 skill points
Lv7 - Deals 2x basic damage +x to all enemies within 5 meters of the target. Cannot be used with blunt weapons. (available at lvl 74) costs 5 skill points



Nettle Sting
This is an excellent skill for spear-fighters, as up until now we only had 4 AoEs. It's not quite as good as the Wind Spins as it only hits once, but still a nice new skill.
Lv1 - Deals basic damage +285 to all enemies within 3m of target. Only usable with a spear. (available at lvl 21) costs 4 skill points
Lv2 - Deals basic damage +514 to all enemies within 4m of target. Only usable with a spear. (available at lvl 37) costs 5 skill points
Lv3 - Deals basic damage +751 to all enemies within 5m of target. Only usable with a spear. (available at lvl 53) costs 6 skill points
Lv4 - Deals basic damage +995 to all enemies within 5m of target. Only usable with a spear. (available at lvl 69) costs 7 skill points



Wild Dance

This is another of your big 5 AoE skills, and you should use it 4th. I can't see a time when HM/UM toons would not want this (subject to weapon choices).
Lv1 - Deals 2x basic damage to all enemies within 3 meters of the player. Only usable with Two-handed weapons, Dual Weapons, Spears. (available at lvl 33) costs 4 skill points
Lv2 - Deals 160 + 2x basic damage to all enemies within 3 meters of the player. Only usable with Two-handed weapons, Dual Weapons, Spears. (available at lvl 45) costs 4 skill points
Lv3 - Deals 550 + 2x basic damage to all enemies within 4 meters of the player. Only usable with Two-handed weapons, Dual Weapons, Spears. (available at lvl 57) costs 5 skill points
Lv4 - Deals 748 + 2x basic damage to all enemies within 4 meters of the player. Only usable with Two-handed weapons, Dual Weapons, Spears. (available at lvl 69) costs 6 skill points



Bloody Arc
This is one of the big 5 AoEs, and should be used first or second (depending on whether you want to deal slightly more damage, or take slightly less). It lets all your subsequent skill deal a bit more damage. Max it.
Lv1 - Deals basic damage and reduces defence by 68 for 15s for all enemies within 2m. Works for two handed weapons, one handed weapons, and blunt weapons only. (available at lvl 34) costs 4 skill points
Lv2 - Deals basic damage and reduces defence by 88 for 15s for all enemies within 2m. Works for two handed weapons, one handed weapons, and blunt weapons only. (available at lvl 44) costs 4 skill points
Lv3 - Deals basic damage and reduces defence by 114 for 15s for all enemies within 2m. Works for two handed weapons, one handed weapons, and blunt weapons only. (available at lvl 54) costs 4 skill points
Lv4 - Deals basic damage and reduces defence by 205 for 15s for all enemies within 2m. Works for two handed weapons, one handed weapons, and blunt weapons only. (available at lvl 64) costs 4 skill points
Lv5 - Deals basic damage and reduces defence by 296 for 15s for all enemies within 4m. Works for two handed weapons, one handed weapons, and blunt weapons only. (available at lvl 74) costs 5 skill points

Lv4 - Deals basic attack power +608. Also does 855 SP damage to target. Only usable with One hand weapons, Blunt Weapons, and Spears. (available at lvl 69) costs 4 skill points

B astard Swing
The final of the big 5 AoEs, and also to be used last. Also very nice against casters with the MP damage.
Lv1 - Deals basic attack power +148 and 148 MP damage to all enemies within a 4m radius of target. (available at lvl 38 ) costs 4 skill points
Lv2 - Deals basic attack power +296 and 296 MP damage to all enemies within a 4m radius of target. (available at lvl 48 ) costs 4 skill points
Lv3 - Deals basic attack power +592 and 592 MP damage to all enemies within a 4m radius of target. (available at lvl 58 ) costs 5 skill points
Lv4 - Deals basic attack power +854 and 854 MP damage to all enemies within a 4m radius of target. (available at lvl 68 ) costs 5 skill points
Lv5 - Deals basic attack power +1116 and 1116 MP damage to all enemies within a 4m radius of target. (available at lvl 78 ) costs 5 skill points



Energy Stream
This isn't a game breaking skill. It's okay, but not sensational.
At 408 HP every 3 seconds, you only get 8000 HP per minute - you'll probably get more from bless healing. You'd certainly get more from sitting down for 5 seconds.
Take it if you have spare skill points, but I think it'd be safe to skip it.
Lv1 - Recovers SP by 102 every 3 seconds for 10 mins (available at lvl 74) costs 5 skill points
Lv2 - Recovers HP by 255 every 3 seconds for 10 mins (available at lvl 77) costs 6 skill points
Lv3 - Recovers HP by 408 every 3 seconds for 10 mins for all raid members (available at lvl 80) costs 7 skill points

Razor Will
Its a free accuracy buff. Max it. At L3, its cooldown is the same as the duration, so it becomes another permanant buff. Lightside only.
Lv1 - Sacrifices some SP and MP to increase chance to hit with physical, ranged, magic attack by 3% for 90 seconds. (available at lvl 1) costs 0 skill points
Lv2 - Sacrifices some SP and MP to increase chance to hit with physical, ranged, magic attack by 5% for 120 seconds. (available at lvl 20) costs 0 skill points
Lv3 - Sacrifices some SP and MP to increase chance to hit with physical, ranged, magic attack by 8% for 180 seconds. (available at lvl 40) costs 0 skill points
Lv4 - Sacrifices some SP and MP to increase chance to hit with physical, ranged, magic attack by 11% for 220 seconds. (available at lvl 60) costs 0 skill points



Berserker
If you have hardly any defence, this can be quite nice as the disadvantage doesn't matter too much, but means that your damage can spike quite nicely. The speed buff is useful even if you already have max speed as it prevents speed debuffs slowing you down.
Useful when grinding in DD2 or similar, where fights tend to only last a very little time, and the cooldown doesn't matter, but in D-water PvP the cooldown prevents it of being of great use.
Lv1 - Increases attack by 50, reduces defense power by 50 and increases attack speed by 1 level for 25 seconds. (available at lvl 10) costs 4 skill points
Lv2 - Increases attack by 100, reduces defense power by 100 and increases attack speed by 1 level for 30 seconds. (available at lvl 23) costs 4 skill points
Lv3 - Increases attack by 150, reduces defense power by 150 and increases attack speed by 2 levels for 35 seconds. (available at lvl 36) costs 5 skill points
Lv4 - Increases attack by 200, reduces defense power by 200 and increases attack speed by 2 levels for 40 seconds. (available at lvl 49) costs 6 skill points
Lv5 - Increases attack by 250, reduces defense power by 250 and increases attack speed by 2 levels for 45 seconds. (available at lvl 62) costs 7 skill points
Lv6 - Increases attack by 300, reduces defense power by 300 and increases attack speed by 2 levels for 45 seconds. (available at lvl 77) costs 7 skill points



Fleet Foot
If you are grinding in new maps or PvP then max this. Its very useful if you get jumped by archers. Mostly useless everywhere else.
Lv1 - Buff that avoids shooting attacks with a 100% success rate for 9 seconds. (available at lvl 13) costs 2 skill points
Lv2 - Buff that avoids shooting attacks with a 100% success rate for 12 seconds. (available at lvl 30) costs 3 skill points
Lv3 - Buff that avoids shooting attacks with a 100% success rate for 15 seconds. (available at lvl 47) costs 3 skill points
Lv4 - Buff that avoids shooting attacks with a 100% success rate for 18 seconds. (available at lvl 64) costs 4 skill points



Final Fury
I'd say max it. If you're incredibly brave or stupid, you can purposefully trigger it to deal more damage. Otherwise, on occassion you'll trigger it before you pot, and suddenly become a lot more adept. Passive skills are always worth it IMHO.
Lv1 - Passive ability that raises the player's physical attack power by 30 and increases physical attacking speed for 30 seconds. It will be triggered automatically when HP falls below 10%, recharges after 3 minutes. (available at lvl 17) costs 1 skill point
Lv2 - Passive ability that raises the player's physical attack power by 75 and increases physical attacking speed for 30 seconds. It will be triggered automatically when HP falls below 15%, recharges after 3 minutes. (available at lvl 29) costs 2 skill points
Lv3 - Passive ability that raises the player's physical attack power by 120 and increases physical attacking speed for 30 seconds. It will be triggered automatically when HP falls below 20%, recharges after 3 minutes. (available at lvl 51) costs 3 skill points



Leadership
Max it. Party-wide buff giving extra damage. Need I say more?
Lv1 - Increases physical attack power of all party members within 50 meters of the player by 13 points for 15 minutes. (available at lvl 7) costs 1 skill point
Lv2 - Increases physical attack power of all party members within 50 meters of the player by 25 points for 15 minutes. (available at lvl 19) costs 2 skill points
Lv3 - Increases physical attack power of all party members within 50 meters of the player by 41 points for 15 minutes. (available at lvl 31) costs 2 skill points
Lv4 - Increases physical attack power of all party members within 50 meters of the player by 67 points for 15 minutes. (available at lvl 43) costs 3 skill points
Lv5 - Increases physical attack power of all party members within 50 meters of the player by 90 points for 15 minutes. (available at lvl 55) costs 3 skill points
Lv6 - Increases physical attack power of all party members within 50 meters of the player by 121 points for 15 minutes. (available at lvl 67) costs 3 skill points
Lv7 - Increases physical attack power of all party members within 50 meters of the player by 152 points for 15 minutes. (available at lvl 79) costs 4 skill points



Deadly Shock
Half of the fighter's stunning skills. Great for PvP, duels, killing single mobs and giving you a little extra time to do... whatever you want. Max.
Lv1 - Must follow Deadly Strike. Deals 178 damage and stuns for 1 second. (available at lvl 27) costs 4 skill points
Lv2 - Must follow Deadly Strike. Deals 326 damage and stuns for 2 seconds. (available at lvl 46) costs 5 skill points
Lv3 - Must follow Deadly Strike. Deals 522 damage and stuns for 3 seconds. (available at lvl 65) costs 5 skill points
Lv4 - Must follow Deadly Strike. Deals 718 damage and stuns for 3 seconds. (available at lvl 77) costs 5 skill points



Black Hole
Hits for very little damage (on players or mobs) but ignores the target's defence. It's potentially useful in PvP where being able to hit high-defence players or stealthed rangers is useful. If you rarely venture into PvP though, it's probably too expensive to warrant. Has a very pretty animation though.
Lv1 - Ignores defence and deals 348 damage to all within 4m. (available at lvl 28 ) costs 6 skill points
Lv2 - Ignores defence and deals 805 damage to all within 4m. (available at lvl 48 ) costs 6 skill points
Lv3 - Ignores defence and deals 1114 damage to all within 4m. (available at lvl 68 ) costs 6 skill points



Demon Strike
This used to be the fighter's golden skill. It's now pointless, as you can deal more damage with Rising Uppercut. The only advantage of it is the increased range of 6m.
Lv1 - Deals basic damage +151 from 6 meters away. Only usable with 1 handed weapons, 2 handed weapons, spears. (available at lvl 36) costs 4 skill points
Lv2 - Deals basic damage +252 from 6 meters away. Only usable with 1 handed weapons, 2 handed weapons, spears. (available at lvl 46) costs 5 skill points
Lv3 - Deals basic damage +420 from 6 meters away. Only usable with 1 handed weapons, 2 handed weapons, spears. (available at lvl 56) costs 5 skill points
Lv4 - Deals basic damage +602 from 6 meters away. Only usable with 1 handed weapons, 2 handed weapons, spears. (available at lvl 66) costs 6 skill points
Lv5 - Deals basic damage +784 from 6 meters away. Only usable with 1 handed weapons, 2 handed weapons, spears. (available at lvl 76) costs 6 skill points



Eraser
This is a great skill in PvP, particularly if you are conscious of your kill:death ratio (triggering Eraser doesn't count as a death, no matter how outnumbered/outgunned you are). In addition, using Eraser with untouchable pots on has interesting effects.
It only really becomes useful at L2/3 though. It WILL cause you to lose a res rune if you use it on UM, unless you are ressed, use a cont etc.
Lv1 - Suicide attack that deals damage equal player's current HP with a 65% success rate. Some monsters will not be affected. (available at lvl 37) costs 7 skill points
Lv2 - Suicide attack that deals damage equal player's current HP to all enemies within 6 meters of the player with a 65% success rate. Some monsters will not be affected. (available at lvl 45) costs 8 skill points
Lv3 - Suicide attack that deals damage equal to 2x the player's current HP to all enemies within 6 meters of the player with a 65% success rate. Some monsters will not be affected. (available at lvl 57) costs 9 skill points



HeIl's Claw
Awesome skill, giving you an ace in the hole for tight situations. Max.
Lv1 - Deals 3x basic damage to all enemies within 3m of the target, with some monster resistance. (available at lvl 47) costs 7 skill points
Lv2 - Deals 386 + 3x basic damage to all enemies within 4m of the target, with some monster resistance. (available at lvl 57) costs 8 skill points
Lv3 - Deals 586 + 3x basic damage to all enemies within 5m of the target, with some monster resistance. (available at lvl 67) costs 9 skill points
Lv4 - Deals 586 + 3x basic damage to all enemies within 5m of the target, with some monster resistance. (available at lvl 77) costs 10 skill points



Divine Burst
Save points for this skill - you'll need em. This is the reason to get to L70. You will be laughed at if you get to high levels and do not get this skill.
Level 1 is available in HM/UM, and Level 2-3 is UM only. UMs can choose to just get L1 of the skill if they should so desire, but any UM worth his salt should max it.
Lv1 - Damages all opponents within 4m for 3500 + basic damage. (available at lvl 50) costs 7 skill points
Lv2 - Damages all opponents within 5m for 6542 + basic damage. (available at lvl 60) costs 8 skill points
Lv3 - Damages all opponents within 5m for 7565 + basic damage. (available at lvl 70) costs 9 skill points
Lv4 - Damages all opponents within 5m for 8588 + basic damage. (available at lvl 80) costs 9 skill points



Frenzied Force
Another skill that is interesting rather than a game breaker.
It's a large skill cost - 23 points over 9 levels, and the top skill is an attack speed increase of 2 levels & extra attack of 325. I'd say it's probably not worth the cost unless you have a large skill point pool available to you - which is highly unlikely.
Lv1 - HP decreases by 10% every 3 seconds, but attack speed increases by 1 and str increases by 100 (available at lvl 72) costs 4 skill points
Lv2 - HP decreases by 10% every 3 seconds, but attack speed increases by 1 and str increases by 130 (available at lvl 74) costs 4 skill points
Lv3 - HP decreases by 9% every 3 seconds, but attack speed increases by 1 and str increases by 160 (available at lvl 76) costs 5 skill points
Lv4 - HP decreases by 9% every 3 seconds, but attack speed increases by 1 and str increases by 190 (available at lvl 78 ) costs 5 skill points
Lv5 - HP decreases by 8% every 3 seconds, but attack speed increases by 2 and str increases by 250 (available at lvl 80) costs 5 skill points
