If I have it correctly it is supposed to spawn just as servers go down for maint. Any chance the spawn time could be changed so we actually get a chance to kill it?  

Many like me work during CR so is it too difficult to spawn it an hour before maint instead?  

Change the time of the illu emi that spawns durring final Guild war to. Many players from the larger guilds refuse to leave GW for that emi making it nearly impossible to kill.
