Can't end tutorial

I've done the tutorial quests from the instructor and are now a Sargent but still in the tutorial apparently? When does it end and how do I continue, he offers no new quests? Whenever I leave tutorial area the guy outside the gate tells me to go do it again. :l Help?

Its not just the quests you need to do, you need to continuously do TRAINING not QUESTS

You need to get up to 200 honor to finish training altogether. This is Guard rank. GL !

You need to do the training quest/training battles that the instructor offers to you. Its mostly highly annoying so if you want to get through fast (i dont recommend that if you yet dont know the basics) to S rank the first quest so you can be a lt. major in a row.
