Yeah your budget is not very much, maybe you could try Ebay or something. Failing that get a Console (360/PS3) as that is reallly all your budget can afford.

500 wat eco powersuply 8 gig memory 2x 4 with still 2 banks open i could expand to max 64 gb mem but thast taking it to the extreem pci express

momentairly got an onboard video chipset off 3650-d hd grahics combined with hd3d 6770 ati radeon graphics ubs 3.0 and data connectivaty up till 6.0gb.z drive speed on hdd
it hwas state off the art back then not verry expensive new a quad apus have come 2e and 3e generation 2 variations the buldozer and the softstep i would reconment the bulldozer apu`s

i spended 450 euro`s voor evrything i got worth new build ready pc in store 2500 euro`s safed me 2000 g`s and best thing yet i can upgrade my memory banks to 32gbz with easy and stil have an pc that they wont sell basicle in store max atm is 16 gbz its fast ill give you that 4x 4gbz difrents mem speeds 1333 1600 1866 2200 and the 2800 i got 1600 2 x 4 gb atm safing for 2800 4 x 8gbz memory chips yes you read it corectly way ahead off store pcs 32gbz memory firecross ready clocktools the wholemambo jambo basic software to tune and moniture hardward its perfect my core is optimized to 3100mhz atm i can push it to 5000 with out using water colling just fins and it stays 60 degrees if i push harder i would get 72.000ghz a core per sec for 4 basic core 4 hidden cores and 4 control cores yes you see it right 12 cores no pentuim can beat that not even the i9 that costs 900 euros + my prossesor costed 124 euro sadly all next gen apu`s are famely of tha a`6 Qaud core first generation how ever not as powerfull strong but not tat stong the fine tuned them it got out off retail quikly it whas to powerfull so i would recomend the a8 3670 quad core apu 2e generation and choose youre mn whell chipsets as whell read alot off info about prossesors and mb`s cuase find the right combo importend not just for gaming but the next 7 years or later i am running on slumber mode 1 wat the more ecomomicle i tune it the powerfull my system becomes i am happy with that
