Ticket help!

I bought AP with 10 dollars and didn't receive any AP and I sent in tickets, I was wondering what "Hold customer" meant because I have been waiting a couple days for my AP now and I haven't gotten a response yet.

The "Hold Customer" status merely means that the GM's are working on your issue. As the GM's have a lot of tickets to go through it may take some time to get a reply. Just be patient and you will surely get a reply soon.

Billing Tickets usually take around 2-3 business days to be replied to. Remember not to send several tickets as it slows down the process.
